I have tried to submit a ticket to cancel my subscription for the longest time to no avail. With TEAMVIEWER IF YOU WISH TO UPGRADE THEY MAKE IT SUPER EASY AND ITS AT THE CLICK OF A BUTTON BUT TO CANCEL YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT A TICKET AND THAT TOO IS MADE SO DIFFICULT.

Terrible service, if I cannot submit a ticket how do I cancel my service, this has been an ongoing issue with no solutions. Pathetic service.
