When I am helping someone with a problem, they can see my mouse moving around their system. When they want to direct my attention to a specific point on their desktop (for example) they say things like "over here" or "what is this?" The words HERE and THIS have no meaning to me because I cannot see where their mouse is pointing. Intuitively I think it is just a mouseclick or two because I believe I have seen team viewer sessions with others and both can see each others mouse. Can anyone give me some guidance on how to setup team viewer to allow both parties to see what is being done?
