is it possible to set permissions of teamviewer, that specific users have only view permissions?

Thank you, understood.
What you need to do then is assign a TeamViewer policy that will allow only View and show on your Edge devices.
1) Create a policy with the parameter Access control ➜ View and show and enable Enforce
2) Assign the policy to your Edge devices
