Limiting Access

I have a corporate account that allows my Technical team to access 60 remote devices. I would like to setup an user & only give them access to 3 of those devices Anyone know if this is possible & how to do it ?

I will name the following item as:

Device Group A - the 3 devices the new user will connect to
Device Group B - the other 57 devices
New User - the new user you will set up
Tech Team - your Technical team

My recommendation for your use case would be the following:

1) Create an Allowlist via TeamViewer Policy for the Tech Team and apply this policy to Device Group B

2) Create a second Allowlist via TeamViewer Policy for the Tech Team + New User and apply this policy to Device Group A

With this setup:

your Tech Team can connect to all devices
the new user can connect to the 3 devices only
