Is there anyway to block everyone that is not an active user in our profile from accessing a computer? for example if someone left our company but knows the personal passwords and ID's to several computers in Teamviewer we don't want them to be able to login to them. Also, We would not want to have to go through all the computers and change the personal passwords.

It is a challenging situation to deal with. We have 4 solution suggestions available.

First of all, can you confirm if the user account remains active and managed under the company profile? Disable the user account in TeamViewer Management Console can prevent the misuse of the TeamViewer account and TeamViewer license.

Secondly, Change the Personal Password on TeamViewer. It is the least preferred option for you but it works with better efficacy.

The next option is to apply Allowlist as the Policy on all endpoint devices which would filter the unauthorised incoming remote connections and reject the connections for security.

The last suggestion is to contact the TeamViewer Support Team ☎ for a detailed conversation. Please also have your TeamViewer invoice information ready before the call.

ok I figured out the method I would like to use. Policy with allow only setting. However we have multiple users that add computers/devices to our teamviewer and only the assigned user to the device can assign the policy. Is there a way to change all the assigned user emails to a specific person? I would like to assign the policy to every device regardless who it's assigned to
