Easy accesses was granted and worked only some days. After that I was asked for prompt for confirmation. Accesses to remote computer was given by my partner. In two days easy accesses stopped working again, in addition the password on this computer was disappeared and the connection is impossible to establish again. How to return easy accesses and password or may be is it enough to have my ID?

Welcome to the TeamViewer Community!

Using Easy Access will be the best choice if you want to connect via unattended access (no permission is needed on the remote computer).

You could try to disable and enable Easy access and check if it works as expected.

Hi JeanK, thank you your answer.

But now remote computer does not allow connection because my contact is not in an allowlist or in a blocklist and when my partner was trying to open her account she could not because her email or password is wrong, however we have used it already. May be I did anything wrong when I tried to fix my problem and changed something in my settings

You can add the contact to your allowlist here: Block and allowlist

If you don't want to use the allowlist at all, you can use access the allowlist and delete all the users on it.

Your device won't block any connections any more.

Thank you so much for your help. Now my device nobody blocks but I still cannot connect to another device without permeation from my partner. In addition, when I try to connect to control remote computer my screen shows that another device is offline but at the same time I am talking to my partner on WhatsApp.
