Group permissions

Being able to create groups and put computers into those groups is very handy. What is missing is the ability to give permissions to "everyone". I can share the group, but then I have to select each user 1 by 1, and if another user joins the company, I have to again add that one. Having granular control is great, but is there no way to set a group to 'everyone' ??

We do indeed have a multi-user corporate license. This is why I am wanting to be able to assign permissions to multiple users. My issue is the lack of normal admin tools present in pretty much any enterprise software. I looked at the thread you cited, it describes the procedure to share the group and set permissions. Yes, as I had described, I know how to do this...but I have to select each user. Then if another user joins the company I have to add that one also. If there was an 'everyone' selection, I could then set that and it would apply to everyone. Also, as an administrator, I should be able to see all of the groups that are created, but I cannot unless they are shared with me.

It is possible to share different groups via a contact directly in the Management Console, only if you have a multi-user license.

As you are mentioning a "user joining the company", I suppose that you have this kind of license. In that case, I recommend you to read the procedure explained in our article: 📄 Share a group via a contact
