I tried to cancel this subscription and the support provided preventede this from happening and then threw my into a loop requesting to log into support and request a ticket and the ticket request sent me back to the login page.
I then rang the Australian office and was told I can't cancel by phone and had to request a ticket. I explained what was occurring with my attempts for a ticket request and was then told they would pass on the cancelling request on my behalf. Some months later I received correspondence from Creditreform demanding payment plus penalties.
As a consequence of COVID the operation I was paid monitor went into liquidation more than 2 years ago. I no longer need or use Team Viewer.
How do I get out of this without having to sue Team Viewer for breach of section 52 trade practices?
