Login problem, no reset email received

Hello, I have an issue with the login. I lost my saved passwords and now I am unable to log in because I don't receive any reset email. I was using an account with a company domain. We have a license for an older version of TeamViewer. I did reset a password last year and the email arrived although with a delay (several hours). I would appreciate any help as I need to login into that account.
