Purchased thru iOS but will license not passed to app

Hi, I purchased an upgrade to the business plan thru the iOS App via the App Store. Everything went well with the purchase but the app still shows as “free” and the license hasn’t passed through.
I quit and restarted but no luck, I signed out and back in but no luck. I clicked on upgrade plan and restore subscription and get an error that restore failed. So I have paid but cannot use.
