I would like to authorize a technician to access only a specific group of computers with host installed, how can this be done ?

Welcome to the TeamViewer Community!
For filtering the remote connections from unauthorised personnel on TeamViewer endpoints, we have the Allowlist available as Policy which can be easily assigned to the TeamViewer Host. You just need to add the approved email accounts to the Allowlist.
If you would like to limit the accessibility of outgoing connections on the TeamViewer account to other endpoints, it is not possible with TeamViewer at the moment.
