For lost accident

Recently I lost my computer.

I found numbers with hours, days in status column. Can I get the exact time when my computer get offline with document form or log form? It will really help to find my computer. I will wait for your reply.

We are sorry to know that your computer is lost.

The closest feature I may think of is Connection reports. In general, Connection reports are available for TeamViewer Premium and Corporate license customers. It helps to log both incoming and outgoing connections in TeamViewer Management Console.

If you purely ask for the time for the device's online time, I am afraid that TeamViewer does not have a feature for recording the online time in a specific form. We are once sorry for the limitation of our help to you.
