Teamviewer REmote control not activating

I have various Andorid handhelds and tablets and when i try to activate them they say they need to have remote control active. How do i activate it. I see it no where in the settings

They are Samsung and Honeywell devices, They are both in your list of supported manufacters. the devices that im having issues with is the Samsung ones

The remote control feature wont activate, thats the problem. We have the mobile addon

- How would you like to set up the connections? From PC to mobile or the other way around?
