I've downloading the software and logged in on both computers. When I clock connect I get a message saying "Either your partner isn't connected to the internet or your partner's TeamView isn't running yet." But I have internet connection on both computers and TeamView is running on both. One is a laptop that is currently right beside my desktop computer so I KNOW that both are running. What is happening?
Also, I was able to connect these computers using TeamViewer's FREE version just fine. I'm about to request a full refund.
