Hi,

I have a corporate license with 3 off channels. I have around 8 off users whereby i would like to restrict each user to a specific channel, is this possible?. I would like to create 3 group - Service Support - Tech Team- Software Support and assign specific users to each account. Any help here would be appreciated

Exactly the thing you described, you can achieve by creating channel groups. Please note, that one channel must remain un-grouped and available for all users in the Company Profile.
