New TeamViewer password prompt closes too quick

I have a business license to use TeamViewer, I recently updated my TeamViewer and I noticed that when I want to connect to a client, I enter their ID number, but when I get the password dialog window to enter the client's password the window disappears rather quick. It only gives me like 5 seconds to enter the password and it's infuriating as it does not give me enough time to enter the password, is there a setting where I can adjust the time given to enter the remote password?

Does this issue occur with different clients or just with one specific client?

In case it happens with different ones, as a first step, we invite you to uninstall completely TeamViewer from your device.

To do so, please follow carefully the steps explained in our articles, according to your device:

Then, you can download TeamViewer directly from our website, log in to your user account and try to establish a connection.

Hello and thank you for your response,

I have uninstalled it twice already and it's still happening, it also happens with all clients I connect to. I did not have a problem with the previous version but this version of TeamViewer has gotten me so frustrated that I'm looking to go with another Remote system. TeamViewer is one of the most expensive programs out there and there is no excuse for this to be happening. I have been paying for a business license since 2016, I have overlooked some flaws I have noticed but this is the absolute worst.

The best would be to contact directly our support team. We recommend you open a ticket and attach the log files of your local device and, if possible, the log files of one of the remote sides.
