Loss of remote machine mouse use

Hello
We have many machines on our system and one (of course critical now...) pc has for no reason at all lost the use of the mouse (only) from any other machine.
We login, all systems are OK, all up to date (both ends) and all permissions OK, I.E. Full control.
But still no use of the mouse....
Can anyone help please?

Edit: Machines are all W10. All on the same versions (Latest)
