Connection Issues

After we install Team Viewer with easy access, the person that set it up can access it without a password required. Anyone else from our dept. it is asking for a password. The pc's are running windows 11 and Team Viewer is up to date. What are we missing to be able to grant easy access for all that need it?

Thanks for your question and welcome to our Community!

Based on the description you provided, the best way to set up the devices would be:

1. By initially creating a master account (an account that belongs to the company, and not a specific employee) in your Company Profile.
2. After doing it, we would recommend using this master account to set up easy access.
3. Therefore, the master account will be able to share the group of devices with all the other users/employees that need unattended access too.

This setup is perfect to keep all the devices centralized in one account, avoiding conflicts in case the person that set up easy access isn't available or they are no longer with the company to resolve any eventual issue.
