I only needed my account for 1 year but want it NOT to autorenew. How can I do that without closing it now?

Rest assured, the cancellation will only occur upon the renewal date, regardless of the submission date of the request. While we do require 28 days notice to cancel, a cancellation received prior to this timeframe would not affect the current usage of the license.
In short, the license would remain active until the renewal date, at which point it would deactivate.
You can request cancellation of future renewals via the ticket system:
