how long to get license activation email after payment done

i have done payment from last week and subscription in customer portal show active but in management console still showing free license.
after looking in forum and Q&A i think i have missed out the activation email from team viewer, check from email few times and found i did not receive any email regarding license activation .
Anyone can help for this ??

May I ask you to check your email inbox and spam folder for the email from TeamViewer as a first step? The TeamViewer communication emails sometimes end up there.
If you still didn't receive the mail, please, contact our Support team via Chat💬 or Phone☎ and keep your order or invoice number handy.
