=============
I have "remote access" which allows me to have 1 user for 3 device connections. I got above message when I had one connection already connected and tried making another connection to the partner computer from another device.
My co-worker, who also has the same type of "remote access" license, says he has no problem making two different connections at the same time to one partner computer.
Why is that? I believe my co-worker purchased his "remote access" license in March 2021 and I purchased my "remote access" license in October 2021. Could my co-worker's license have been grandfather'ed in to allow him to have multiple connections?
