My license is automatically downgraded!

My license is suddenly downgraded from Business to Remote access. I have also generated a Ticket #[Removed as per Community Guidelines]. But no reply on it yet. Please help me ASAP. Thanks

TeamViewer has released the version of [Windows] v15.42.7 to fix the licensing displaying issue.

Can you kindly try to update the TeamViewer version and log in to your TeamViewer licensed account please? Hope it would display properly and accordingly.
