Active Sessions Closing Unexpectedly

For the past few weeks Teamviewer has been closing active sessions without warning. I started noticing it every 4 hours. I have since noticed it seems to be based around 7 am, 11 am and 3 pm (EST) and does not matter how long I am signed on. I logged on this morning at 6:54 am and it closed minutes later.

I have a paid account and the timeout setting is off. This just started about a month ago and has happened on a Windows 10 PC and a Windows 11 PC.

Connection instability could be caused by different reasons.

We would advise you to double-check if the OS on both devices is supported as well as double-check if there is no instability with IPv6 or DNS.
