is there a family product to support non tech family members?

Hi, I live and work between UK and Canada. My aging family are in NZ, UK and Australia and there are getting more and more easily confused with trying to keep their computers, iPads, phones up to date etc and phone calls / zoom calls are taking longer and longer to resolve issues. Is TeamViewer just a commercial product ie for businesses to buy, or can an individual purchase to support family members? I'd be willing to pay up to $100 a year, but can't afford 30 a month for a free service I'm giving family members.
