Easy Access Users

TeamViewer is showing that Easy access has been granted for me and "one other user".

How can I see who this other user is?

Or how can I remove this user if I don't think there should be any other users?

For checking the administration on the devices, you may check out Device Groups on TeamViewer Management Console.

At the same time, please ensure that you have permission to edit, change and delete the managers for the particular device in the device group.
