I signed up and purchased a license to support a friend. When activating my license, it gave me the option to use Google. This ended up creating a second account instead of my main account. When trying to login and unauthorize or switch the account, the license says it requires activation. But upon clicking the activation email again, it says it's already activated.
I tried using chat, but it was closed. I also tried calling support at 1706 PST which says availability from 0800-2000, but it was also closed. It would be extremely helpful to note which time-zone this timeframe applies to. Also, trying to submit a support ticket just gets stuck in an endless refresh loop that never goes anywhere. So here I am signing up on a public forum with the hopes of some customer support.
