I need to give unattended access to my support staff so they can access my computer. I have added them as a contact and they can see my computer from their Teamviewer account.
They can request remote control access "prompt for confirmation". But I want them to have a password so that I do not have to confirm. They have that option, but I do not see where to provide them that password.
Where can I find that password? And can I set it to be the same password every time?
Is this service only available under a certain subscription?
