Cancel accounts

Is there anyway to find all accounts associated with our business. We are getting bills for an account that we cant access. We seem to have multiple accounts.

We would like to clear our bills cleared, get these issues sorted, and remove accounts associated with our business.

I raised a ticket last week to [removed per Community Guidelines Never post your personal information, including your TeamViewer IDs, passwords, your license information, etc.] and no reply as yet. Is there a contact or any easily accessible information in regards to getting the information I need.

Please know that we are unable to handle cancellation requests here in the Community.

Since all cancellations must be submitted in written form by submitting a ticket you were right to raise a ticket.
