Now that you don't allow login, can TeamViewer still be used? Are there any other similar software used within the home?

Thanks for your post.

Please know that the TeamViewer ID is a unique identifier created based on the current hardware and software configuration of a device.

That being said, replacing an internal component changes the configuration of the device; as such, a new ID is then created post-repair.

To connect to the device again, please ask someone at the device for the new ID, or if the device is accessible to you then you can simply open TeamViewer to discover the new ID.
