I have email an invoice already paid. How to find account associated?

In general, you can confirm if your TeamViewer account is licensed or not after signing in. If your license is associated with your TeamViewer account, you can see the word "commercial" under your account name on the application.
Additionally, your license information can be confirmed via the profile settings: kindly click your account icon (1) on the top right corner of the application and go to Edit profile (2) and click the licenses tab (3):
On top of this, it is also possible to use the User Management feature to check and assign the license to your users if you have a multi-user license and have admin rights to the company profile.
