Stop save application

I'm having trouble with my bank.

They say there is a conflict with Teamview.

I have deleted the appication but every time I restart the PC teamview aske me to save the application.

I don't know how to stop this happening.

Any help would be brilliant.

Not a lot of information to go on here? Windows or Mac? Licenced or Free?

Deleted the application or uninstalled? If uninstalled this should not happen.

I'd be running a virus / malware scan too.

Thanks for your input.

It's running on windows, free version.

I have uninstalled the application.

Every time I restart the PC it asks me to save the application.

If I click it off the screen it goes away only to reappear when I restart the machine the next morning.
