License Activation Failed

Earlier I was having team license that got expired on 10th Sep 2023.

Now I purchased individual license. I got the activation mail as well.

But its showing the error "Sorry, the license couldn’t be activated. There is another license on the account. Please contact us."

How to resolve this?
