I cannot seem to get through to Team Viewer, as they still think i am a FREE user.

Please know that it is required to activate the TeamViewer license with your TeamViewer account to make a licensed connection.
To activate your TeamViewer license, please check the activation link which is sent out as the purchase email from TeamViewer.
