I uninstalled my account because I didn't need it anymore.
I need to see the log details, please kindly help how I can retrieve the past log details (from before I uninstalled it)

The logfile data is erased if you previously uninstalled TeamViewer removing all files.
But you can check your current logfiles by following the steps in our article below:

Also, please note that if you purchased a license, to request cancelation of the subscription auto-renewal, it's necessary to submit a cancellation ticket. You can find more details on our article: 📄 All about subscription

So it's not possible to get the data from before uninstalling it and deleting the account? I did open an account now with the same login

If the software was uninstalled with the option to remove all settings checked, even if you reinstall TeamViewer the previous information will be gone.
Regarding the TeamViewer account, if you delete your account and recreate the same again, all data in your Computer and Contacts list will be lost. For more detail please check our article: 📄 Delete your account
