License Activation on Teamviewer Host

I work at a educational institution and we have a PC with the building management system on it. A license has been acquired so multiple people can connect to it without owning a license themselves. On the computer I have the Teamviewer Host Application installed.

I've activated a Teamviewer Remote Access License on an Account and logged into the "Teamviewer Host" Application with it however, everytime I try to remotely access the Client I get an error message that a license is either needed for the Host or the Connecting Client.

Has anybody else had this problem? I might've acquired a different license than I needed.

One peculiarity about the Remote Access license is that the license has to be activated on the endpoints (the devices you want to access).

If you get the error message that a license is either needed for the Host or the Connecting Client, could mean that the license is not activated properly. Could you please check the activation steps described in the following article?

Secondly, regarding your comment, I might've acquired a different license than I needed. ... Usually, the standard use case for this license type is for people who want to connect anytime from anywhere to a limited number of remote devices.
