Device Migration Screen misbehaving

Afternoon,
Has anyone had this? As soon as we open the Device Migration screen, the page fills with thousands of errors, as shown in the screenshot. The messages then stay on any screen navigated to until you refresh the session or logout and in again.
Clicking on the X to close the messages doesn't help as they just keep generating endlessly as long as we are on that screen.
