COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS
Hi !
I have a free license TeamViewer for only private use. I have my home computor, a cabin computer, an Iphone and a laptop that I want to communicate with.
The problem is that I cannot communicate with my other devices unless somebody is telling me the password of the other device. And that is hopeless because nobody is there.
Hope somebody can tell me what to do to solve my BIG PROBLEM. Thank you for helping me !!

Hi @snillgutt ,
Welcome to our Community and thanks for your first post! You can set up Easy Access to your managed devices. Please note that according to our announcement TeamViewer Remote’s Free Version Redesign, the free version allows 3 devices to be managed (in other words, you can have 3 devices with unattended access).
The step-by-step for the configuration you can find here:
- For Windows devices:
- For macOS devices:
- For mobile: TeamViewer Host needs to be installed to set up Easy Access (so the device can receive unattended access). TeamViewer Remote is necessary to start a remote connection to a partner device.
📌Note: iOS devices allow only screen share - it's not possible to remote control them.
I hope this information can help you!
