Can’t access free version after trial

I use teamviewer to transfer downloaded files from my macbook to my linux pc. I don’t use it for anything else. Just over a month ago, it wasn’t working at all, so I signed up to the free business trial thinking that maybe my free licence had been blocked. The business trial also didn’t work, I then realised the issue with file transfer was an external factor. Now that my free business trial has ended, it will not allow me to switch back to the free personal version. All I use it for is the file transfer between these two computers. Anyone any idea as to how I can do this?
