Hi yall

After a power outage my win os teamviewer logged out, then i try to log back in it says :

Account login error

TeamViewer is free for personal use on a limited number of devices. You have reached the limit of devices.

when im back at work using my mac os TV, its the same error.

But i only have two devices under my free license. both device are on/off VPN enviroment during the week.

I only use work MAC to remote control my Windows for personal use.

Please help

Hi team

So after scrounging around Management console i found my free devices management under my profile settings*(?). then delete 2 old devices which i dont remember using. (maybe iphone ?)

*Not on the left panel where devices group are showing.

Now i can log back in and remote control my windows.

So problem are solved. but thanks anyway! 😊
