Can't Access Device from Multiple Accounts (v14.4.183, Android 11)

Hi everyone,

We're currently using version 14.4.183 of the Teamviewer Host app on an Android 11 device. In our organization, we have multiple corporate TeamViewer accounts, and we want to be able to connect to the same device from different accounts when needed.

The problem is: once the device is assigned to a TeamViewer account, it becomes inaccessible from other accounts. When I try to connect from a different account, it either fails to connect or prevents the original account from accessing the device again.

Is there any way to allow access from multiple TeamViewer accounts to the same Host device? Or do we need to follow a different approach (e.g., unassigning and reassigning each time)?

For a use case like yours, the recommendation is to create a primary account to manage the company profile and the managed devices (devices with unattended access) https://www.teamviewer.com/en/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-remote/deployment/mass-deployment-user-guide/create-your-company-with-a-master-account-1-10/
