Can't control phone via my mouse when connected

Hi, I currently use TeamViewer to demo our company app on my phone and share it via a Windows PC. Previously I could use my mouse and keyboard to control my phone on the screen however, recently it doesn't seem to let me do this. It makes me use my phone to control the screen which is a pain as the audience can't see what I'm clicking. We have tried this on a few devices and different screen but we have encountered the same issue. Any assistance on how to resolve this would be great!

To better understand your setup and assist you effectively, could you please provide the following information?

1. TeamViewer and other module's versions:
   • What version of TeamViewer is installed on the supporter's device?
   • What module do you use on your mobile phone (TeamViewer, Host, or QuickSupport?), what is the version?
2. Device information:
   • What are the operating systems and manufacturers of both the supporter's and the receiver's devices?
3. Error messages:
   • Are you seeing any error messages when trying to control your mobile device? If so, could you please share a screenshot?

Additionally, restarting TeamViewer can often resolve unexpected issues. If you're using the TeamViewer app, we recommend restarting it. Here's a helpful GIF that shows how to do this:
