I was try to Sign in with my laptop (Windows 8.1 Pro) but it show "No Connection" While the other computer (Windows 10) no problem at all. For your info, both using same network.

It looks like your PC, running Windows 8.1, is now considered a legacy operating system by TeamViewer. This means that while you may still be able to use the last compatible version, please note that we no longer provide updates or technical support for it. Having said that, I would like to recommend trying to install TeamViewer version 15.64 on your Windows 8.1 PC β This is the final version compatible with Windows 8.1. You can find the download link here ποΈStopping active servicing for older Windows versions
For remote sessions, please note that a device with a newer TeamViewer version can initiate a connection to a device with an older version, but the reverse is not possible.
