easy access for free accounts

Did we lose easy access on free accounts? I need access when my office is closed to be able to log into my server, hence the need for easy access. We had it then it was just gone. Now I need a password to sign in… can't do that if no one is there. Ugghh I only use my account to look, I have never transferred info it's just not what I need it for. Only to look. Please help
