When i use an ipad to access a remote desktop computer, I can connect but can do nothing on the remote desktop. I am using the latest versions. This is on a local network.

We'd like to suggest the following check-ups to ensure your environment is properly setup.
To configure this:
On the local device (supporter): Go to the settings icon in TeamViewer login page→ advanced → advanced settings for connections to other computers →check if Access control is set to 'Full access'→ Click OK
On the remote device (receiver): Go to settings in the TeamViewer module's login page
→ advanced → advanced settings for connections to this computer → check if Access control is set to 'Full access' → Click OK
