I am trying to let my bookkeeper access files on my desktop. She has signed onto my desktop, but she is unable to open any files. Can you help?

Thanks for reaching out! To better understand what’s happening, it would be helpful to know a bit more about how your bookkeeper tried to access the files on your desktop. For example, was she using a remote session from her laptop and attempting to open the files during that session?
If an error message appeared when she tried to open a file, would you mind sending us a screenshot of the message? And if you're a licensed user, could you please let us know the type of license you hold to help us look into things more smoothly?☺️
