I want to help my mother with her mobile phone. Which Team Viewer solutions do I need forbeing able to help her remotely?

TeamViewer offers two types of remote sessions: attended and unattended (explained below).

💡Please note that this is general information, and some features may not be available depending on your specific operating system or setup.

Regardless of the method, please begin by installing the TeamViewer Full Client on your device and creating a TeamViewer account.

Attended vs Unattended Sessions?

• If you plan to connect to your mother's phone only when she is physically present at her device, please download TeamViewer QuickSupport on her mobile device and refer to the following article for setup instructions: Provide attended remote support for mobile

• If you would like to access her PC even when she is not present at her device, we recommend setting up an unattended session. In that case, please install TeamViewer Host on her mobile device and follow the steps outlined in this article: Remote control an Android device via unattended access
