Why can't I enable dark mode?

Hello,

I'm using the latest version of teamviewer (15.69.3). I changed the settings in Advance settings - General - Choose a theme - to Dark. It did not change the theme to dark. I'm using Windows 11 pro in dark mode as well. Is this a bug?

I understand your problem. Right now the dark theme option in TeamViewer does not always work even if you turn it on in settings. It may not match with Windows dark mode. This looks like a known issue and not something you can fix yourself. You may need to wait for an update.

Thank you for sharing the question with us!

A setting change has been applied to the TeamViewer client customization. After signing in to your TeamViewer account on the TeamViewer desktop, select Edit profile and Customization. Then, switch the toggle for Dark mode. The color theme for the desktop client should take place immediately. I have also attached a screenshot for the steps.

I am sorry for the confusion that happened and hope you could change to the dark mode smoothly this time.
