Do you mean you can't find the password required to start a remote session? — Let me know if I'm misunderstanding your situation.

To better understand your setup, could you please let us know:

What operating system is running on your local device (the one you initiate connections from) and your remote device (the one receiving connections)?
Which TeamViewer modules are you using on each device? For example: TeamViewer Full Client, Host, QuickSupport, or TeamViewer Remote.

If you’re seeing any error messages, please share those with us as well.
