Just like the title says: Why my account says I'm on Free account while I should be on commercial?

In this case, you will need to contact your company admins and ask them to double-check if your account is still linked to the TeamViewer company profile.
The admin may need to add your account back following the steps here.

I've been using it for years. I am actually part of a Corporate license not commercial if those two are different. I can't submit a ticket because it tells me I'm on Free account which I'm not.

Was your licensed account working before, and has it stopped working? Or is it the first time you're using your license?
If it's the first time you're using the license after the purchase, please make sure to activate it by following the steps:
