Unable to connect

Hi All,

I’m trying to setup remote viewing on mine and my mothers phone, but keep getting the same error message.

If anyone could help I would be very grateful

• Ensure that both your local and remote devices are running operating systems supported by TeamViewer:

• Make sure both the local and remote TeamViewer applications are up to date. Outdated TeamViewer modules can cause unexpected errors, so please refer to this article and update your TeamViewer: Update TeamViewer
• Please restart TeamViewer by referring to this GIF: restart-teamviewer-service.gif (1298×1012)
• Restart both devices.

If the issue persists, please let us know :

1. What operating systems are running on the local and remote devices?
2. What TeamViewer modules are installed on each device (Full Client, QuickSupport, Host, or Remote Control)?
